When does the free trial start?
The day you go public, not the day you install.
What counts as a conversation?
A chat where a shopper sent at least one message. Opened-and-closed windows and your own test chats don’t count.
What happens when I run out of conversations?
Bountful pauses for new visitors until your next billing month starts. To keep it running, upgrade to a bigger plan.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time. Your plan runs until the end of the paid period.
Do I need to pick a plan to test it?
No. Testing is free with no time limit. You pick a plan when you go public.
