The plans, and what counts as a conversation
Every plan has everything Bountful does. The plans differ only in how many conversations you get each month.
Where: Settings → Billing
The plans
- Starter: $29 a month, for 400 conversations a month.
- Growth: $79 a month, for 1,200 conversations a month.
- Scale: $199 a month, for 3,500 conversations a month.
Paying yearly saves 20%: $278, $758 or $1,910 a year. A yearly plan still gives you your conversations every 30 days.

What counts as a conversation
A conversation is a chat where a shopper sent at least one message. These don’t count:
- a message from Bountful that the shopper closed
- a visit where the shopper only took the quiz
- your own test chats
Pick a plan
Go to Settings → Billing and click Pick a plan. Shopify’s plan page opens. Choose monthly or yearly there, and approve the plan. It shows up on your Shopify bill. Your first plan starts with a 14-day free trial.
