The 14-day free trial
It starts when you pick your first plan, usually as you make Bountful public. We tell you about a week before it ends.
When you use up your conversations
We warn you at 80%. At 100%, Bountful stops chatting with new shoppers until your plan renews. There are no extra charges.
Change, upgrade or cancel your plan
Monthly or yearly, and when a change takes effect.
Billing questions and refunds
Shopify bills you. A person answers refund questions.
