Shoppers who asked for a person
Find them in Shoppers → Requests. Mark each one done when you’ve replied.
Let shoppers contact a person
Turn it on, and set the email address their requests go to.
When Bountful asks a shopper for an email
When it asks, and when it doesn’t.
Adding shoppers to your email list
Bountful can ask shoppers to join your list. A yes adds them to your Shopify customers as subscribed.
Read your chats with shoppers
Shoppers’ chats are in Shoppers → Conversations, with a summary and tags.
Shoppers who gave a name or an email
Find them in Shoppers → People, with their chats, requests and orders.
