Change Bountful’s name, tone and reply length
Settings → Agent → Who it is.
Change the chat’s colors, logo and button
Settings → Widget look.
Move the chat button
Pick the corner and the distance from the bottom of the screen.
Change the welcome message and quick questions
What shoppers see when they open the chat. Settings → Welcome screen.
A link that opens the chat or the quiz
Copy a link that opens the chat or the quiz, and add it to any page or email.
How often Bountful messages shoppers first
Choose Off, Rarely, Balanced or Often.
Topics Bountful won’t discuss
List topics Bountful must not talk about, and questions it answers only from your policies.
