Pick Bottom right or Bottom left.

Distance from the bottom

Pick one of four heights. One choice covers both computers and phones.

• Right in the corner: where shoppers expect a chat button.
• Slightly raised: clears a back-to-top button or a small badge in the same corner.
• Above a cookie bar: clears a cookie notice at the bottom of the page.
• Clears a bottom menu: clears a menu or an add-to-cart bar fixed to the bottom of the screen, as many phone layouts have.

When your theme opens something of its own

Your theme may open a cart drawer or a pop-up. Choose what happens to the chat button then:

• Behind pop-ups and side drawers: your theme’s drawer or pop-up covers the chat while it’s open. Pick this if the chat button ever sits on top of a cart drawer’s checkout button.
• In front of everything: the chat stays in view, even while your theme’s pop-ups and drawers are open.

Click Save. Open your store to see the button in its new place.
