Read your chats with shoppers
Shoppers’ chats with Bountful are in Shoppers → Conversations, newest first. Your own test chats aren’t listed.
Where: Shoppers → Conversations
The list
A row shows who the shopper is, one line on what happened, and when. A chat from a shopper who wasn’t signed in and left no email shows as Anonymous.
A label shows when a chat needs you:
- Live now: the shopper is chatting right now.
- Waiting on you: the shopper asked for a person, and you haven’t marked it done.
- Couldn’t answer: Bountful didn’t have an answer.
Find a chat
- Click Waiting on you or Couldn’t answer at the top to see only those.
- Search what shoppers said.
- Pick a date range, or a tag.
One chat
Click a chat to open it. You see:
- Summary: what the shopper wanted.
- Tags: topics such as Sizing & fit, Shipping or Order status.
- Transcript: the chat as the shopper saw it, with its product cards.
- The shopper’s details, and any order the chat led to.
A request for a person shows at the top, with Mark as done.
