Shoppers who gave a name or an email
Shoppers → People lists the shoppers Bountful knows. They were signed in to their account when they chatted, or they left an email in the chat.

Find a shopper
Search by name or email. To see who was active lately, pick a date range. A row shows how many chats and orders the shopper has.
One shopper’s page
Click a shopper to open their page. It shows:
- their email, and when they were first and last seen
- their answer, if Bountful asked them to join your email list
- Requests: what they asked your store for
- Orders from chat: orders that followed a chat
- Chats: their chats, to open and read
- Quiz answers, if they took your quiz
If the shopper unsubscribed from your emails, marked one as spam, or your emails to them bounced, their page shows Don’t email.
The Privacy part of the page explains what to do if the shopper asks you to delete their data.
