How much Bountful sold
Analytics shows what Bountful did for your store. It starts on the last 14 days. Pick another range at the top: 7, 30 or 90 days, or your own dates.
Sales from chat
The main number is Sales from chat: what shoppers paid on orders placed within 30 days of using Bountful. Using it means sending a message, tapping one of Bountful’s messages, or taking the quiz.
It’s in your store’s currency. Refunds and cancellations aren’t taken off.
Some shoppers don’t accept your cookie banner. Their orders count only when they use a code Bountful gave them. The same goes for Orders from chat. The other numbers aren’t affected.
Under it, the orders behind the number are listed. Each shows how it was linked to Bountful, such as Chatted before buying or Used code, with a link to the chat.
The other numbers
Tiles show, for the dates you picked:
- Conversations
- Added to cart from chat
- Orders from chat
- Chats Bountful started and Chats shoppers started
- Asked for a person
- Offers given out, when discounts are on
When there’s an earlier period to compare, a tile shows the change against the same number of days before. Click ? on a tile to see what it counts.
Chats and topics
A chart shows your conversations a day. Two lists are under it.
What shoppers ask about shows the topics shoppers brought up, such as sizing, shipping or pricing. One chat can cover more than one topic.
Where shoppers were when they asked shows the kind of page a shopper was on when they opened the chat. That can be a product page, a collection, the home page or the cart. It means a page in your store, not a country or a city.
Your own test chats aren’t counted anywhere on Analytics. There’s no export: the numbers are on the page.
