Keep a product out of discounts
You can keep a product at full price, whatever discounts you offer in the chat.
Where: Knowledge → Products
Turn it on
- 1Go to Knowledge → Products.
- 2Click the product’s row to open it.
- 3Turn on Never discount this product.
- 4Click Save.
What changes
Bountful still recommends and sells the product. It just doesn’t include it in any discount it offers. If a shopper asks for money off it, Bountful tells them it’s always full price.
If a deal for buying two or more would include the product, Bountful doesn’t offer that deal.
To stop Bountful recommending a product at all, turn off its Recommend it switch instead.
