Choose which products Bountful recommends
Bountful recommends products that are published on your online store and in stock. You can turn off any product you don’t want it to recommend.
Where: Knowledge → Products
Turn a product off
- 1Go to Knowledge → Products.
- 2Find the product. You can search by title, type or vendor, or filter the list.
- 3Turn off its Recommend it switch. It saves at once.
A shopper who asks about that product by name still gets its details.
Stop when stock runs low
- 1Click the product’s row to open it.
- 2Under Stop recommending when stock drops below, type a number.
- 3Click Save.
When the product’s stock falls below that number, Bountful stops recommending it. Leave it empty for no limit.
Products that can’t be recommended now
The Unavailable tab lists products Bountful recommended in the last 30 days that are now out of stock, hidden, or under your stock limit. Restock them, or turn them off.
Next to a product, Recommended shows how often Bountful has recommended it.
