Choose which pages Bountful reads
Bountful reads the pages you wrote in your Shopify admin under Online Store → Pages, such as an FAQ or a size guide. Other parts of your site, like the home page, aren’t read.
Turn a page off
- 1Go to Knowledge, and click Pages in the card What Bountful reads on its own.
- 2Turn off the switch next to the page.
Bountful then stops using that page when it answers. Turn a page off if it’s out of date, or you don’t want shoppers quoted from it.
New pages
When you publish a new page in Shopify, it shows up here by itself, within about 15 minutes. It starts switched on.
Policies
Click Policies in the same card to see your store’s policies, such as refunds, shipping and privacy. They come from your Shopify admin, under Settings → Policies. A policy you haven’t written shows Not written yet.
Policies don’t have a switch. To change what Bountful says about one, change the policy in Shopify.
The card on Knowledge shows when Bountful last checked your pages and policies.
