Group your products by what they’re for
Shoppers describe what they need: “for cold weather”, “for a small room”, “for sensitive skin”. Those words often aren’t in your product descriptions. Put your products into groups, and Bountful can find the right one.
Where: Knowledge → Product groups
A group has a name, such as “Occasion”, and values, such as “Party” or “Wedding”. A product can have one value in each group.
Let Bountful make them
Go to Knowledge → Products, and click View groups.
- With no groups yet, click Suggest groups from my products. Bountful adds some groups. Edit them as you like.
- To put products into groups, open Not in any group, and click Group them for me. Bountful places up to 60 products at a time. Click it again for more. Stay on the page while it works.
Check the groups afterwards, and move any product that’s in the wrong place.
Make them yourself
- 1Click Add a group.
- 2Type the Group name and its Values.
- 3Save the group.
You can have up to 8 groups. To put a product in a group, or move it, open the product and pick a value.
Where groups show
Groups show on product cards in the chat, as small labels. Your quiz can use them too.
