Adding to the cart from the chat

Two ways to add

• From a card: the shopper picks an option, such as a size, and clicks Add to cart.
• By asking: the shopper writes something like “add the blue one in medium”. Bountful adds it. If it isn’t clear which option they mean, Bountful asks first.

Bountful then confirms what was added. The card’s button changes to Added ✓.

Checking out

Once the cart has something in it, a bar shows above the message box. It shows the number of items and the total, and has a Checkout button.

Good to know

• Bountful adds up to 5 of an item at a time.
• A sold-out product or option can’t be added.
• Your theme’s cart icon usually updates at once. On some themes, it updates when the shopper opens the next page.
• If an add doesn’t work, Bountful says so and links to the product page.
