Chatting in other languages
Shoppers can write to Bountful in their own language, and it answers in that language. You don’t need to set anything up.
Which language it uses
Bountful starts in the language your store is shown in. If a shopper writes in another language, it switches to theirs.
Your policies, pages and answers can be in any language. Bountful finds the right one and answers in the shopper’s language.
What stays as it is
- Your own words: the welcome message, the quick questions and the quiz show exactly as you wrote them.
- The chat’s buttons and labels, such as Add to cart and Checkout, are in English.
- Product names on cards come from Shopify, in your store’s main language.
Prices on cards show in the shopper’s currency.
