The Discover screen: watch a feature, then try it
Discover lists 20 things Bountful can do, in five groups: It sells, It helps, It speaks first, It’s yours and Your side. None of them is needed before you make Bountful public. They’re there to help you get to know it.
After the setup steps, Home is Discover. Once you’re on a plan, open it from the Discover card on Home.
Watch, then try
Click a feature to open it. Most features play a short demo, drawn with your store’s colors and one of your products. A feature on one of the app’s own screens shows a picture of it.
Most features have a Try it on my store button. Your store opens as a new visitor, with the chat open and a message ready to send. Press send and see how Bountful replies.
A feature that’s switched off shows Turn it on instead. It opens the right place in Settings.
Marking a feature done
Most features tick themselves the first time they happen in your test chat. A few can’t be seen in a test chat, such as the chat’s look or Analytics. Those have a Tried it button, and you tick them yourself.
The line at the top shows how many you’ve discovered.
The demo switches
Beside the list, two switches control the demos: Autoplay and Loop. Your browser remembers them. They change nothing on your store.
Go live and Help
The Go live card has the button that makes Bountful public. Under it, Open a test chat opens your store as a brand-new visitor, with the chat open.
The Help card opens the help site and the support window.
