Change, upgrade or cancel your plan
Go to Settings → Billing and click Change plan. Shopify’s plan page opens. Pick the new plan there and approve it.
Upgrade
Pick a bigger plan. It starts right away, and Shopify charges only the difference.
Downgrade
Pick a smaller plan. During your free trial, it starts right away. After the trial, it can wait for your next billing date. Then you keep your current plan and its conversations until that date, and a banner shows it. Changed your mind? Click Change plan and pick the plan you want to keep.
Monthly or yearly
Click Change plan, and switch between monthly and yearly on Shopify’s plan page. Yearly saves 20%.
Cancel
Go to Settings → Billing and click Change plan. On Shopify’s plan page, pick Test mode. You can also uninstall Bountful.
Settings → Billing shows when your plan ends. Until then, Bountful stays on your store. After that, shoppers won’t see Bountful anymore. You can still use test chats.
Changed your mind? Before your plan ends, you can pick another plan on Shopify’s plan page. You can pick the same plan again after it ends.
