The screens in Bountful
Bountful has five screens. In the menu on the left of your Shopify admin, click Bountful to open Home. The other four are listed under it.
Home
When you first install, Home shows the two setup steps. After them, it shows Discover, the list of what Bountful can do.
Once you’re on a plan, Home shows your numbers for the last 30 days. Needs you today lists shoppers waiting for you, and questions Bountful couldn’t answer. Its side cards show whether Bountful is public, and open Discover and Knowledge. The Help card opens the help site and the support window.
Shoppers
- Requests: shoppers who asked for a person, or left an email for you.
- Conversations: your chats with shoppers.
- People: shoppers who gave a name or an email.
Knowledge
What Bountful knows about your store. It holds the answers you wrote and the questions waiting for an answer. It also has your products, your product groups, and the pages and policies Bountful reads.
Analytics
Your sales from chat, how many chats you had, and what shoppers asked about.
Settings
- Agent and When to fetch you: how Bountful talks and sells, and when it passes a shopper to you.
- Widget look, Welcome screen and Quiz: what shoppers see on your store.
- Billing and Privacy & data: your plan, and how long shopper data is kept.
